Dear Customer before making the deposit to secure your moving window (date and time) and rate please check and make sure:

1) The arriving window we gave you works for your moving  OUT and IN locations. To start loading we will arrive at anytime between the specific time window mentioned in the email with original quote. Please double check the email with the quote and confirm the time window in which we will start the move works for you.  We will send 1st available crew of 2 or 3 movers to start as early as possible. (As close to your desired time as possible with the available crew)

2) The Quote/Rate is based on the form  and information you submitted and provided us, if  the information is not correct and actual conditions and size of the move is different form the International/form provided,  we will reserve the right to refuse to move you or upgrade or modify rate, change the arrival window and apply penalty fees.

3) A deposit of $90 is required  for all  customers to secure date/time of the move and rates. We will refund your deposit if you cancel your reserve at least 10 days prior the moving date. Less that 10 days notice this deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your move or  try to change  date or time and we have no availability or lose the spot/job. 

The move will be scheduled as soon as you pay the deposit  and it will be subtracted from your bill on the day of the move.
